To enable the page to load quickly I have only shown four buttons as a sample, but I have made a full set of buttons which are here, so you can use as many or as few as you like. I have also zipped the entire set together with the HTML code here.

These graphics are not transparent and have been designed to use as a set. All graphics have been optimised for faster loading except the blank button, so that if you add your own text it can be saved without loss of quality.
